I have always been imaginative, I grew up in Norfolk in the middle of the country side, and I believe this is where my imagination and my interest in art and photography have come from. When I left school all I wanted to do was to capture life, I wanted to study photography but the courses were not available, so I studied fine art on a broad based level for 3 years. |

When I finished my further education, I wanted to study on my main passion, photography. I Moved from Norfolk to study at the Kent Institute of Art and Design, now know as the University College of Creative Arts. I enrolled on the degree course for photography in September 2002; it opened my eyes up to the world of photographic opportunities. From the start I took a real interest in to art, editorial, photojournalism, advertising and film. I love to experiment and to pick apart and discover new and different angles not just the subject matter but photography as a physical object, test the camera take it to the limits and bring it back again. I finished my degree on July the 4th 2005. But I have carried on with experimentation with film and digital imagery also in short film making. |
